Using EnroHire
EnroHire is a resume screening workspace provided by Enrovix. Keep your account credentials secure and use the service only with documents and role requirements you are authorized to process.
Recruiter review
EnroHire provides assessments to support a recruiter’s review. Scores, summaries and page references may contain errors or uncertainty. Check the original resume and other appropriate evidence before making a hiring decision. EnroHire does not move candidates through hiring stages automatically.
Screening credits
A new verified account receives 50 free screening credits. One credit is reserved for each resume submitted for screening. A successfully stored result consumes that credit. Failed preparation or screening returns the reserved credit. Retrying the same background task does not create an extra credit charge.
Monthly subscriptions
Starter costs INR 499 per month for 500 screening credits. Growth costs INR 1,499 per month for 2,500 screening credits. Availability is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically after your explicit authorization, for the number of monthly cycles shown at checkout, unless cancelled. Credits are granted only after a verified monthly payment.
One-time credit top-ups
Buy 100 or 150 credits, or choose a whole number from 50 to 20,000 credits, at INR 1 per credit. Each top-up is a one-time payment and stays valid until used. A subscription is not required. Credits are granted only after the payment is verified. A top-up does not change a subscription or renew automatically. Recorded refunds remove the corresponding unused credits from that purchase.
Credit expiry and cancellation
Unused monthly plan credits expire at the end of their paid billing period. Top-up, signup and manually granted credits stay valid until used. Monthly credits are reserved first, then top-ups, then signup or manually granted credits. A queued screening keeps its reservation; if it fails after the monthly paid period ends, the returned monthly credit has also expired. Cancel future renewal from Credits & billing. Cancellation does not expire top-up credits or automatically refund prior payments. Contact support for payment or refund questions.
Payment receipts
Payment receipts show verified transaction references and the buyer details recorded at purchase. They are not tax invoices. Do not treat an unverified checkout response or pending authorization as a completed purchase.
Processing times and results
Uploads must finish before you leave the upload page. Submitted batches continue in the background. Completion time depends on queue load and document processing, and is not fixed. A batch can include failed files, which are shown separately in the dashboard.
