The same workspace on both plans

Credits count completed screenings.

One resume screened against one role uses one credit. Unreadable files and failed screenings return the reserved credit. Exporting existing results does not use screening credits.

  • Upload up to 100 resumes per batch, each up to 10 MB and 20 pages.
  • Screening runs in a shared background queue. No plan promises an instant finish.
  • CSV files are available for 24 hours after the export request. You can generate another export from saved results.

A few useful details

Can I try the full workflow first?

Yes. Your verified account receives 50 signup credits for screening, candidate review and CSV exports. The signup credits are a one-time allowance.

What happens if a file cannot be screened?

Its reserved screening credit is returned. You can see the file issue in the batch details and upload a corrected copy.

Do I need to keep the page open?

Keep it open until uploads and submission finish. After that, background processing continues and a completion email links back to your batch.

How does renewal work?

Monthly payments renew automatically after you authorise the subscription. Each verified payment adds the plan credits for its paid period. Unused monthly plan credits expire when that period ends. Cancel future renewal from Credits & billing.

What if my screening needs grow during the month?

Buy a one-time credit top-up from Credits & billing. Choose 100, 150 or a custom amount from 50 to 20,000 credits at INR 1 per credit. Top-ups stay valid until used and do not change your subscription or renew automatically.
