How EnroHire works

From a role brief to a shortlist you can review.

EnroHire brings resume screening into a straightforward workflow: define the role, submit your documents, review the assessments and decide what happens next.

1. Define the role

Add a clear job description, minimum relevant experience, essential skills and preferred qualifications. Use separate role folders for different requirements.

2. Submit the resumes

Upload PDF, Word or image resumes from your workspace. Each resume receives its own record, while batch progress keeps the overall submission easy to follow.

3. Review and shortlist

Inspect the original resume beside its assessment. Review available name and contact details, skills and experience evidence. Add notes and select the hiring stage.

Know what is happening after you upload.

Uploads and submission must finish before you close the page. After that, document preparation and screening continue in the background. The workspace shows active processing across sections and emails you when the batch finishes. Failed files are shown with their own error messages.

Which formats and limits apply?

PDF, DOCX, DOC, PNG, JPG and WEBP resumes are supported. Upload up to 100 files per batch, with a maximum of 10 MB and 20 pages per resume.

Will every resume include contact details?

Only contact information supported by usable resume text is shown. Missing fields remain unavailable. EnroHire does not verify that a mailbox or phone number belongs to the candidate.

Who makes the hiring decision?

You do. Assessments can be incomplete or uncertain. Check original documents and other appropriate evidence before deciding who moves forward.
